Contemporary Kitchen
Residential kitchen — L-shaped layout
An efficient L-shaped plan built around clean lines and a generous work triangle, carried through to fully rendered elevations.
I design the two rooms where good design meets real construction — and I know how they actually get built.
Approach
Most designers draw a kitchen. I draw one that can be built exactly as shown.
My training began with interior design theory, then focused on the two rooms where design and construction meet most directly: the kitchen and the bath. Along the way I learned something most designers never do — carpentry and renovation, with tools in hand.
That changes how I draw. I know what a cabinet run needs behind the doors, where the plumbing wants to sit, and which details hold up on a real job site. The result is documentation trades can trust and renders clients can picture themselves living in.
